Platinum and Gold Live Exhibitor Product Demos

Technical Information:

  • Use this PowerPoint template for your demo.
  • The product demo should be 10 minutes in length.
  • The Zoom link to deliver your demo will be sent a week prior to the event.

Biography and Headshots

  • Speakers on the demo should provide a brief (1 paragraph) biography
  • Speakers on the demo should provide a headshot in either jpg, jpeg, and png format with a resolution close to 600x600 pixels. Please name the image file with your first and last name in the file. For example JohnDoe.png.
  • Please submit to exhibiting@afponline.org.

Presentation Tips:

  • Practice yours before presenting.
  • Be mindful of the lighting. You’ll always want lighting behind the camera when possible

Recorded Exhibitor Product Demos are due to exhibiting@afponline.org by February 24th.

Technical Information:

  • Recorded demos are due February 24. Please submit to exhibiting@afponline.org.
  • File size: 2GB is the preferred maximum file size limit.
  • Resolution: 1920 x 1080
  • Frame Rate: @30fps
  • CODEC: h.264 in .mp4 wrapper + AAC for audio
  • 6mbps bitrate:
    • To check the bit rate, right-click on the file name, click on properties, go to the details tab, and look for total bitrate.
  • MP4 file format is the preferred and recommended file type.

  • When you are ready to record, open your slides in full screen mode.  FOR EXAMPLE: If using Microsoft PowerPoint, give your presentation in “Slide Show” mode.
  • Begin your presentation on your content slides. A brief pause in between slide transitions may be needed with some recording applications below.
  • Final file format must be an MP4 file.
